Operational Standards & Training
Healthcare transportation requires more than moving an item from one location to another. MAROXEN operates under documented procedures designed to support secure handling, confidentiality, accountability, and chain-of-custody throughout the transportation process.
Personnel handling protected information follow applicable privacy, confidentiality, and information-handling requirements.
Pickup, transfer, delivery, recipient verification, proof of delivery, and service exceptions are documented when required.
MAROXEN accepts properly packaged and labeled specimens and medical materials that fall within its approved service scope. Drivers do not open, repackage, or alter shipment contents.
Documented procedures address spills, exposure incidents, accidents, failed deliveries, lost items, transportation delays, and after-hours escalation.
Shipments may be rejected or escalated when packaging is damaged, leaking, improperly labeled, outside the approved service scope, or otherwise unsuitable for safe transport.
Personnel receive training appropriate to assigned duties, including confidentiality, chain-of-custody, specimen handling, exposure response, delivery verification, and MAROXEN operating procedures.
